Saturday deliveries are available, guaranteed before 1pm. Please contact us for price as surcharge may apply, depending upon weight and value of your order.

International delivery charges are available for all items at extremely competitive rates – please call or email with details of final shipping destination for an individual quotation.
No Hassle Cancellations & Returns

Problems are unusual, however if for whatever reason you need to return an item, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that 'personalised' items (e.g. radios that have been programmed) and business to business transactions may be excluded from this policy.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return the item, you should email us to notify us of the return. Refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges.

You must return the item within seven days of accepting delivery; the products must be in the original condition and packaging and unopened. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for audio accessories and specialised goods unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return the item please email us with details of items you wish to return, with the relevant invoice number, we will then email you back with instructions of return and refund information.

You should include paperwork with invoice and customer details. We recommend using Royal Mails Special Delivery service, alternatively a specialist UK Courier Service.

Nottingham Radio cannot accept responsibility for missing items; you must prove that delivery has been made if goods are not received by us. We will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund.

After 7 days we can only accept returns of faulty goods. Please see the warranty page for more information

All faulty items are replaced and/or repaired under the manufacturers guarantee or warranty, after being checked by our own engineers. We aim to process all faulty item returns within 7 working days.

Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mails Special Delivery services or by UK Mail Courier depending on the cost and quantity of models dispatched. Therefore our items are automatically insured for loss or damages. As all deliveries require a signature, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address to sign for the parcel. Any failed deliveries may be subject to a further charge for re-delivery.

UK Mail are able to deliver without a Signature, however this is at the customers risk as Parcels are often left outside un-attended – if you wish to use this service please email a request to us.

We can ship to virtually any UK postcode, although some surcharges may apply to certain areas. Please note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the nearest 100g.

Many items are available from stock for delivery within 3 working days. Where items need to be ordered in from the manufacturers, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. For any further delays you will be notified by email. Please note that this excludes public holidays and Christmas. If you would like an estimated delivery date, please email us after purchasing your item(s).
